Villa on Dunbar Rock

Sometimes called “a liveaboard on land,” Dunbar rock is a unique dive resort that combines sweeping water views with easy access to world-class dive sites. Perched atop s rock outcropping a half-mile off the coast of Guanaja in the Bay Islands of Honduras, the 11 guest rooms and suites of this diver-centric resort rise in terraced levels that allow for sweeping ocean views from balconies and terraces. A centerpiece of the resort is the elevated deck that holds an infinity pool and bar. Other public areas include a comfortably-furnished lounge, dining area and cardio room. There is property-wide WiFi and all accommodations are air conditioned and situated to take advantage of ocean breezes. The ocean-level resort's dive center provides concierge services with daily boat dives to all of Guanaja's top sites, including some rarely vised by other operations in the area.
