Walindi Plantation Resort is a boutique family-owned dive resort on the shores of Papua New Guinea's Kimbe Bay. This region is known for sustaining one of the greatest concentrations of biodiverse tropical marine ecosystems in the world, including half the known species of corals. The resort is made up of 20 Bungalows and Plantation House Rooms set in tropical landscaping, and a main house that incorporates dining and social areas. The Bungalows are free-standing 'bure' style accommodation located along the beach, with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans, refridgerator, closet, work desk and a private verandah with water views. Room rates include all meals, daily laundry service and WiFi at the main resort building. The resort’s full-service dive offers PADI diver training courses, basic repair services and nitrox fills, and maintains a full range of dive equipment available for rent. A trio of fast dive boats provide exclusive access to dive sites in Kimbe Bay.
KIMBE BAY - Walindi Plantation Resort has long set the standard in catering to the diver who craves the very best. Stunning vistas above the water are surpassed by the profusion of corals and sheer abundance of marine life beneath the sun-drenched turquoise waters of Kimbe Bay.
